Some time ago I had reported about my personal problems with Amazon: It turned out thanks to various Reader comments: The most famous shop responds to customer complaints appear not only in my case totally arbitrary. However, individuals want to organise themselves now and proceed by class-action lawsuit.
Account locked out, Just keep money
On think 2008 published report signed numerous readers, viewing for very different reasons than Amazon victims: Reader Marc reported, that his account has been revoked. Carl Heinz tells, that Amazon would like to keep the money for the goods despite cancellation.
Jörg W. and Henrik write, that Amazon because of allegedly false account data will withhold a processing fee.And Marcel Jödicke had the same problem as I, that simply keep the money for a not-coming shipment from Amazon was a him. Or, as shown in a summary comment:

And, Amazon macht was es will….mich haben sie jetzt zum zweiten Mal “suspendiert”, wegen lächerlichkeiten, auf dass man einen “Maßnahmenplan” erstellen muss, um weitermachen zu dürfen. In addition, dass die sogenannten Amazons A-Z-Garantien eine echte Verkäuferverarschung sind. Wenn dem Kunden was nicht passt, oder er gar bleibende Schäden an der Ware hinterlässt…der Verkäufer darfs zahlen.
